What are you guys logging a stair stepper as? I find it odd they dont have it listed. Just the regular stair stepper not stair-tredmill ergometer...... Ive been using areobics general, but i know know if its accurate?

I can't tell you if it's really as accurate as it claims to be, but this page calculates calories for a whole bunch of different exercises (and stair stepping is one of them) http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc0

I have a home stepper and just looked at the time & calories it told me I'd burned, and entered it as one of "my" exercises- if you know how many calories you've burned during your workout, you can do the same, and from now on, it'll be available as one of your exercises!0

Oy! OKay!! I didnt see that "my" exercises part. I thought you had to choose one. THanks!0
