New to site!!

Hi, I have tried different diets with no sucess and I hoping this works for me. I am going to weigh myself on Monday and start counting the calories. I actually started doing this on 1/4/11 and have lost 4lbs but then I was told to try weight watchers and there is just to much to try to keep track of, I being in the daycare business I just do not have time. I also got a treadmill for christmas and walk everyday. I do 45 min at 3 mph and do 2.1 miles and burn 280 calories. Monday I will move it up to walking a hour hopefully and do that for a week. My goal is to lose 30 lbs by august, but my first goal is at least 10 lbs by 3/11/11 when I have to go back to the doctor. So I hope everyone makes there goals and any good ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome, sounds like you are off to a good start. This site is a great place. Keep at it and remember one bad day isn't the end. It's just a bad day and tomorrow can be better.
