I have bought the fresh cut ones at Trader Joes and I would think it would be the same if you peeled and cut them yourself. Toss them in a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and spread on a flat foiled lined baking sheet. Bake 400 degrees for 20 mins. YUM!!!

I make my own and it is easy as.

I simply cut up the sweet potato into what shapes I wants (sticks, wedges or discs) then put them in a large bowl with a little bit of oil and some seasoning, u can use normal salt and pepper, or dried chilli flakes, or mixed dried herbs or Italian seasoning.

then put them on a cookie sheet and bake them in the oven if u want them super crispy but the grill element on for the last five minutes. Remember to give them s hake/turn while cooking.

The other option is line them on the baking sheet once they are cut and spray them with oil and sprinkle seasoning on top them (a little bit less fatty
  • Try some cinnamon and salt to season them...it's delicious!!!
