So OK, I am doing well...2 lbs down. That's good. But...
1.) I have to start exercising EVERY DAY
2.) I have to DRINK MORE WATER
Sometimes on these weekends without the kids here I have no motivation to do anything except to watch Lifetime movies!!!

Why not get yourself an aerobic step and workout WHILE you watch Lifetime movies? :happy: That sounds like a win-win!0

my exercise bike is in front of the tv!...but like others said 1 day at a time...start with the goal to exercise at least 3 times a week then 4 then 5 (but remember 1 day of rest is very important for ur body's recuperation) and yes yes yes to the water...its hard but important! good job making this choice!0

I have a Gazelle in front of the TV upstairs...I was on the couch today. LOL. What I really need to do is start getting up early during the week again and just do my exercise then. Can't wait till it gets warm out and I can walk with my boyfriend in the mornings again!!!0
