Yum!
Ingredients:
Dannon - Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, 1/2 Container (40 calories)
Stella - Reduced Fat Bleu Cheese Crumbles, 1/4 cup (80 calories)
Salt and Pepper
Ole Mexican Foods - Xtreme Wellness/High Fiber Low Carb Tortilla Wraps (71 calories per tortilla)
Lettuce/Spinach/Spring Mix, whatever you want, small handful (5 calories)
Frank's Buffalo Sauce
Package of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (110 calories for 4 oz)
Dressing:
Combine Yogurt, 1/2 Container (40 calories) and Bleu Cheese Crumbles, 1/4 cup (80 calories)
Black Pepper to taste
(Enough for 2 wraps)
Salt and pepper a package of boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used a 1.25 lb package, lots of leftover chicken for tomorrow!)
Brown the breasts in a nonstick pan on medium heat, approximately 5 minutes a side. They might not be fully cooked, that's ok. Cut them into cubes. Put em back in the pan with 4 tablespoons of Frank's Buffalo Sauce (zero calories! but lots of sodium) til fully cooked.
Wrap the lettuce, 4 oz of chicken (I weigh it out), and 1/2 the dressing up in the wrap (the kind listed is about 50 calories less than most other flour tortillas) and enjoy! Makes two wraps (246 calories each), with leftover chicken if you want to make it again tomorrow.
