Posting my food

Hi everyone! I had originally lost 15lbs when I first started this sight... but after falling very ill for almost a year I gained it all back. So here I am today to start up and lose it all again. Each day I am going to post everything that I eat as a post on message board and therefore will have better motivation to make healthier choices and be more accountable in the food that I put in my mouth! Wish me luck in this journey to lose 15 lbs!

    You can post all of your foods in your food diary and make your diary public so that anyone can view it. It's easier and more organized than a message board post :)

    Hi there
    Good luck with the 15lbs i agree with the others tho record al in your diary, open your diary and write any comments in your food and exercise notes.
