What are the healthy foods you can't live without?

I adore my mini wheats, avocados, spinach and fresh fruits.
Everything else sort of changes as the days do, (my choices are still revolving though)
It's interesting watching my food preferences change as I cleanse the bad stuff out of my diet.
So what do you have to have to make your day a good eating day?

I love my avacado, pistachios and oyster crackers for snacking. It's the best "junk" food!!0

I agree on the spinach and avocados! I'm also big on fish (nearly any kind), and I LOVE garlic.0

Veggies - broccoli, carrots, cucumbers and snow peas the most
Pb2 Powdered Peanut Butter (I'm a PB fiend and for 90 calories for a sandwich sized serving, and the only ingredients are Roasted Peanuts, Sugar and Salt it can't be beat)
Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Boneless, skinless, lean chicken breast
Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
TransOcean Imitaion Crab Meat - Chunk Style
There's probably more, but these are the things that came to mind first and without them my journey over the last year would have been a lot less tasty and enjoyable.0 -

They also have them as pepperoni and cheese and probably some others. Convenience is always nice for me.
I also love apples, bananas, almond milk and cereal (though I need to research healthier brands), carrots, whole wheat flatbread with crunchy peanut butter... There are more, I'm sure.0 -

I've been eating Mini Wheats for a few years now, my trick is to put the sugar side down on your tongue.
I also discovered Barbara's Puffins at Trader Joe's, those are pretty good and they both do a really good job at keeping me full for a while too
Everyone has the right idea for the snacks, those laughing cow wedges are the best things to hit grocery stores! Only 35 calories compared to other cheese sticks of sorts, like the Frigo cheese heads, those are 170 Calories a pop!

Good stuff guys! Everyone has pretty good staples!
I don't know what I really got out of this.... I can't eat the stuff with lactose in it,. And I'm easing myself into eating fish... I eat a can of tuna once a week and that's about it.
I just started eating hemp protein, which I tried putting in my steel cut oatmeal, but that turned out pretty gross!
So I'll stick with putting the soy powder in it, which isn't bad at all! I also stopped using brown sugar and now I use agave syrup.0
