First week here

:flowerforyou: Hello all, having just completed my first week, lost 3lb, and feeling fitter already thanks those extra daily 30 min walks :noway: I'm impressed with how easy MFP is to operate and stick with, and can i just say the support here is absolutely second to none...Huge thanks for all those who gave me the lovely much appreciated encouragement this week.     Hey I have been on here 1 month and found that walking more has helped alot! The days I'm not at the gym I walk the dog for about half an hour per walk! I need to find new routes to walk her though as going the same way all the time gets a bit boring! I take my ipod with me to keep me going! MFP has been great and made it easier to keep myself on track by recording what I eat knowing I will stick to my calorie intake and also see how much exercise I do. This is the first thing that has helped me stick to losing weight for more than 2 weeks and I will not be giving up any time soon!

    Hi,

    It's my 15th day, and I am finding this site so helpful and the support so motivating. It has also made me realise how unfit I have become and made me determined to rectify that - slowly, but surely.
