Its important to remember why we are here! We all want the same thing, weightloss. Ive just finished putting a pic of my (thinner) self on the fridge. Ive also put a picture of recent me next to it. Just so i know not to snack and to eat healthy, its a reminder for me.

Also make a selection of feel good songs, so when your having a bad day, you can turn it around.

    My fridge has an image offline of 4 large women in swim suits staring at me.
    I don't want to be like that.

    I also have the music on my PC waiting.
