Help...I got a cold!!!

Oh no... the past two mornings I have woke up, blocked nose, coughing, chesty and voice is nearly gone...
I just started the 30 Day Shred and I also run twice a week...

Any advice on how to 'get rid quick' as I really dont want to stop exercising..??

    peppermint tea is gud for this. pleanty of water. rest and sleep xx
