I have started the 200 sit-ups challenge yesterday. Would anyone like to join me?

  • Im in. I actually thought 200 sit-ups didnt sound too many.... only managed 45 for my initial test :laugh:

    I will be doing this - I decided last night I wanted to add some abs workout to help trim my tummy - I am loosing weight by not inches on my stomach.

    Okay. I'm going to start this tomorrow. Also the push up challenge. I need to do something, as I am feeling more and more terrible as my body weight goes further and further from 66kg to 83, 84, 85.. :sad:

    I'm going to do the push-up one later, my arms need work too
    there's also one for squats that I'd like to do too
  • Done day 1 week one today, started with column 3

    Set 1 - 18
    Set 2 - 15
    Set 3 - 10
    Set 4 - 10
    Set 5 - 35

    God it hurt towards the end!!!

    I did week 2 day 1 today
    I also did the Billy Blank's ab dvd too
    ohhhhh my abs !! lol
