'claire king' DVD

hi all,

I've been doing the claire king total body workout and it is described as core strenghth and tension exercise.
It certainly raises my heartbeat, but I don't know how to enter it as exercise?

I'm thinking maybe as low impact aerobics??

Would be grateful for any ideas, and by the way it's a great workout and very easy to follow, I would definately reccomend it, although I don't know the age of it.:happy:

    Hi,

    If you cannot find anything suitable, you can create a new exercise yourself ..... it will then always be there for you ;-)

    it's working out the calories burned that i'm having trouble with, that's why i thought of maybe low impact aerobics
