started january 1, 2011 trying to compare results

Today is an awesome day. Scale indicated 230, so down 20 since january 1.
I ride a stationary bike every morning. Currently 60 minute ride and today was best results. 18.4 miles
I also have started some dumbbell exercises. To tone up.
Today even started riding at 4:30am.
If you started around january 1 share results and what your doing.
If you have not posted your pic, it is a way you give back and help people just starting. I find them very motivating.

Congrats! 20 lbs is amazing! I also started on Jan 1st. I alternate 30 minutes on the treadmill and eliptical everyday and have lost 11 lbs so far. Keep up the good progress!0

I started January 13th, I have lost about 18 lbs, but I have a lot more to lose than you do. I am doing a diet and nutritional program with a local hospital. My goal is 125 lbs lost.0
