how to setup private group? anybody in for a february chall

I am going to push for 15 poundss. It requires more then 2 lbs per week, so join at your own risk and choice.

    There is already a February Challenge in Fitness ^& Exercise of "exercise every day for at least 45mins" which might be of interest to you.
