I've noticed that my greatest weight loss is usually if I go to bed on an empty stomach. Is this a good thing? Should I be sleeping on an empty stomach like that?

yes you should. You get more rest because you aren't using more energy to digest your food rather than sleeping. I tend to sleep a lot better if I don't eat. You also burn calories when sleeping and you aren't burning those that you just ate if you didn't eat.0

I often go to sleep hungry. They say you shouldn't eat late at night.0

absolutely--you don't want to eat right before going to bed!0

I think it depends. I don't eat right before bed either, but if I go to bed with a growly stomach I'll be up in the night, and that's even worse. So go to bed hungry, but not starving.0
