Hi all
Just wanted to say hi, and that I am on the journey now of losing weight and getting fit. I'm getting married in December 2014, and am aiming to fit into a size 12/14 dress. Currently size 18 top. I have a large bust. I need to lose, as a first goal, 5 stone. My ideal weight is between 7.5st and 9.5st. However I have very large bones, so I will be happy just getting to 10 stone!
My partner and I went out and bought an Xbox 360 with kinect, which came with the your shape and biggest loser games. My first attempt at the biggest loser did not go down well. Tried to do an hour, only managed 30 mins. Not good. It does give you a good workout though, and in that 30 mins I burnt off 147 cals. It actually tells you. So that is quite good. Think I shall stick with the 30 mins for now, until it gets too easy. Then aim for 40 mins etc.
My struggle is going to be maintaining my fat intake. I'm under the amount of cals I should be eating, and yet, my fat in take is over. Shall work harder on that one!
I am sorry this post has gone on a bit, but thought I should start this by being honest and admitting I have a weight problem.

You started, that's what is most important. Don't set yourself up for failure. Slow and steady. Do a little bit more each day and you'll get there. Good luck!0
