I need good execise techniques!!!!!!

I am doing cardio on my treadmill 3 times / week for about 60 mins at a time and strength training 2 times/week. free weights. Im not losing weight and I've reduced my caloric intake to 1200 / day....what the hell am I doing wrong?[

    how long have you been lifting this routine (same exercises)? i have heard you should mix up your exercise routine (especially lifting) every 3 months to see results. kinda keep your body guessing. or you can try doing the exercises in different orders. my neighbor added pilates into her exercise routine and she looks amazing! spinning is fun, too - if you have a gym membership. i also saw in shape magazine that you can add bursts of change to your treadmill cardip activity. things like increase the speed for 2 minutes, or add incline for spurts of a few minutes, then recover and do it again. kinda mix it up. i'll see if i still have that article. if i do, i'll send you the treadmill routine they had.
