"Filling" Chocolate Lovers Yogurt

OK for all of us that crave chocolate I have come up with this recipe. It was all I could do to eat the whole serving. Went to bed very, very satisfied. Hope you enjoy.

Recipe name

Number of servings 1

1/2 cup Oikos - Organic Greek Yogurt - Plain 0% Fat
1/2 tsp Mccormick's - Pure Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Great Value - No Calorie Sweetener (Loose -- Not In Individual Packets)
1 scoop Jillian Michaels - Natural Whey Protein Triple Chocolate Shake
1 tbsp Hershery - Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Add Ingredients together and you will have to add water for desired thickness (approx. 1 to 2 oz)
Should have consistence of pudding

Per Serving: 181 calories, 16 g carbs, 3 g fat, 28 g protein, 9 g sugar, 5 g fiber

Where do you get the Jillian Michaels protein powder? I have looked for it but can't seem to find it....sigh....

i find it at Wal-Marts. If you don't have a Wal-Marts, pull Jillian Michaels up online and see if you can find a place to oder it from or you can use another whey protein powder in it's place and just adjust the calorie count.

I do have a Walmart. Where in the store is it? I've seen other protein powder in the pharmacy area, but not the Jillian's....

It was just as I walked into the store plus in the pharmacy area also. Ask them at our Wal-Mart's where they have it or ask them to order it.
