I eat a 100 calorie light English Muffin with some peanut butter. Throw it on a paper towel and take it with you. Or the night before make up some "scrambled eggs" in a round shape using a form and put that and a piece of low fat cheese on the english muffin for a breakfast sandwich.0

I always eat cereal bars or granola bars.0

I never have time to eat breakfast at home in the morning. I get non perishable items to keep at my desk at work. Like a loaf of bread and some peanut butter. Those turkey sausage english muffin sandwiches by Jimmy Dean are good to grab from home and go. I also like the smart one's breakfasts. They are pretty low carb.0

I am also always in a hurry..a normal breakfast for me is the Jimmy Dean D'lites sandwiches. They range from 230-290 calories. But I get burnt out on them easily. Cereal is another biggie for me. Its tough to eat healthy when you are running late and trying to get kids out the door..trust me..im right there with ya!0

Portable fruit - Apples, bananas, tangerines, peaches, plums OR I grab a protien shake so I dont get bored. Once in awhile when I want something warm I'll scramble some eggbeaters.0

Breakfast is the one meal I'm fanatical about, so I tend to wake up earlier to make sure I have time for it. But if I'm in a hurry I'll grab some fruit, and/or Fiber One muffins that I make up on the weekend and keep in the fridge or freezer.0

vita tops
jimmy d-light sandwiches
yogurt and granola bars
plain non fat yogurt w/ fruit preserves
plain non fat yogurt with granola and fruit drizzled w/ honey
raw nuts
real peanut butter (raw all natural) w/ whole wheat sprouted toast
~pair each of these with a fresh fruit~
Also you can (*if you want to invest the time) make mini baggies of your favorite fruits and berries and freeze. Then every morning throw your frozen veggies in the blender w/ 1 cup of your favorite juice and a spoonful of your favorite yogurt and you'll have a great smoothie .0 -
I love almonds - I keep them at my desk. I love adding them to my yogurts or oatmeal in the morning when I grab and go0

Oatmeal
Fruit (Usually bananas or berries)
Egg whites
1 egg (varies)
This alone can keep you going for a LONG time with many recipes!
And example serving size would be
1/2c oatmeal (dry)
1 banana / 1c berries (berries are leaner, less sugar, better at the end of the cutting phase)
1/2c egg whites (about 4)
1 whole egg.
Protein Pancakes
Use the above, mix splenda with cinnamon(my fave!) to taste, or even cool aid mix for flavor
blend til smooth. consistency varies, it should be thick and not too runny. use Pam and cook on stove!
-I also use "I cant believe its not butter" spray with splenda & cinnamon, or you can use Sugar Free Syrup
Bread Pudding
Using the above, mix all in a bowl. You can put the oatmeal, about 1/4c water just to dampen it, with the eggs and gruit. microwave 5-6mins or until soft&gooey or dry as you like.
*You can also bake this until firm in the oven and cut it into bread squares for a handy snack on the go.
*Try using canned Pumpkin or other things for flavor to change it up!0
