How often do you weigh in?

I do it bi-weekly. I do a non-official and an official.
Usually I hit the gym on Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday is a recovery day, so that morning I do an unofficial weigh in. Lets me see what I'm doing, if I gained or if I maintained, means I need to crank it up a notch on Thursday. If I lost, then I gotta keep doing what I'm doing. I usually workout then on Thursday, maybe Friday, but definately on Saturday. Sunday morning I do my official and I take it as it is. If I loss great, if I maintained great, if I gained, better luck next week.0 -
Daily. It just keeps me on track. I know if I've had too much to eat and not enough exercise the prior day and I can refocus and get things back in line. The scale has now become my friend whereas it was the BIG GREEN OGRE sitting on the floor before I began my weight loss program0

I weigh in daily. Unless I'm feeling like a fatty in the morning...lol. But I find that it keeps me on track. At one point, (in November 2010) while on MFP, I agreed not to weigh in until January 1st 2011...but by December, I was losing focus and not feeling motivated anymore...so I needed to weigh myself. It keeps me focussed. But everyone is different...basically...whatever works for you.0
