30 Day Shred...

...Thanks everybody for posting about the 30 Day Shred. I've been doing TaeBo for the last 2 weeks and I'm ready to mix it up a bit. Everyone's post about the program has encouraged me to buy it so I ordered today! I'm excited to (hopefully) be at my goal weight by the end of the program!

    Ive done the 30 day shred off and on for close to a year now and I love it, although its easy to get burnt out on. I also, just recently bought the Tae Bo DVD workout and I gotta say I love it!! Its a bit lengthy but I am SWEATING by the end and I love kickboxing!! Its great to mix up things and try new workouts!!

    I started the 30-Day Shred at tthe beginning of January and now its 30 days later and I have lost 10 pounds. Good luck to you!

    I don't find it boring at all. Each level is only 10 days. Right now I'm on day 6. I feel like I have the routine down and know what to expect. The next four days will be mainly pushing myself so I feel confident moving up to level 2.
