So my boyfriend has a dairy allergy, and therefore had no cheese on his pizza, but I'm having a hard time figuring out the nutritional info for cheeseless pizza. He had a medium New York Deli from Panago, regular crust. Any ideas?
Thanks everyone!

But how much of that comes from cheese? I haven't yet found any nutritional info for pizza without cheese. I'm sure it makes a difference...0 -
That's a little tough to find out. This is the best I could find out but it doesn't really give nutritional info for individual toppings. http://www.panago.com/pdf/NUTRITIONAL_INFO.pdf
Maybe you could find the closest thing to it and adjust?0 -

Thanks! I may just have him put in 1 less serving than he actually had, and hopefully that'll even it out.0 -

Have you tried the company's website? If that doesn't help....go to a big chain like Pizza Hut/Papa John's/Domino's that might have a nutritional calculator where you could customize a pizza to get nutritionals. Pretty sure that PH has one but they may not be like what you ate but it would give you a jumping off point.....0 -
