Flat Belly Diet

Has anyone tried the new Flat Belly Diet? I got the book, went on the first 4 days, lost 3 or 4 lbs. I have been trying to be on it. It involves keeping the calorie count for the day under 1600 with 400 calories per meal (4 meals a day). I have been exercising daily for months now and finally feel like my belly is getting "slightly" flatter since I started it. Would be interested if anyone else has been successful with the diet.
