tread climber machine

so i got up this morning and took my self to the gym (that's another story altogether, there) and I discovered they snuck in a NEW machine called a tread climber. Its a treadmill, but it has two "paddles" that you walk on and they move up and down as you walk. OMG will that thing kick your butt!!!!!!!! i got my calories in a little more than half the time i would spend on a regular treadmill and it make me work twice as hard at a much lower speed! I have a new favorite toy!!!!!!
