Finally Seeing Results!

I didn't have much weight to lose (10-12 lbs), and didn't know my "official" starting weight, so I put my beginning weight as my first formal weigh-in, after I'd probably already lost about 2-3 pounds. I'm petite and have a small frame, so even that little bit extra on me, MATTERS.

Like a lot of people, the weight is coming off, but I don't see from WHERE.

Until Friday. I had to run to cross the street, and by the time I was on the other side, I looked like a gang banger with my pants hanging halfway down my hips. And those jeans used to be tight, with a horrendous muffin top spilling over.

It's hard to stay motivated when you're not seeing visible changes, but that gave me the encouragement I needed to keep on keepin' on! Last time I "stuck" at 120, 2 lbs shy of my goal, but this time I'm gonna see if I can make it all the way and stay there. :)
