Im 46yrs old 5'8 i weigh 148lbs......i eat well....staying under 1200 calories, im on the treadmill anywhere from 30-70min, usually carrying 5lb weights atleast 25 minute...go to bootcamp at the local ymca...i cannot lose my muffin top.....im just stumped on this one..any suggestions to help. Looking into zumba classes here in town.....any thoughts on that......

I am not sure but you should be meeting your 1200 calories a day, not under and if you are excersising for as much as that perhaps you are eating too little and should be eating your calories earned from excersise or at least some of them to prevent starvation mode??0
