Hi I read about this site via a forum on You and Your wedding so thought I would see what its all about.
I get married 21st May and my Dress arrives mid April so would love to lose 2 stone by then! Hopefully it can be done.
I started on Saturday with a personal trainer which I will go to twice a week then try to do 2 other days of keep fit inbetween.
I keep worrying I have left it a bit late, and sem to always eat bad food on the weekends!

Join the club, I'm new too. What I do like about this site is that it holds you accountable for what you put into your mouth. It shows you clearly how much fat, calories, etc it is & gives you goals to achieve based on what you want to accomplish. Good luck to you & congratulations. You'll do fine if you stick to plugging in your information and making sure you make any adjustments to your diet & exercise that you need to reach your goal!0
