Determined to lose weight

Hello All,
Just found this site/app today. Have been using another program and found that it just wasn't as easy to use as this one.
I am a 51 y/o female with about 35 pounds to lose. I have been doing well going to the gym and even ran my first 5K this past fall. Despite all the increased physical activity, the pounds are just not coming off. I know that a Low Carb plan works best for me so now I am trying to do Low Carb and keep my calories to 1200 / day.

Looking for some friends that can keep me on track and kick my butt when I am not tracking. I know that tracking is the way to go and puts you accountable to what you are eating.

    Welcome! I joined this site a month ago and it's fun to use, so I find myself logging in to track calories and get inspired often! I added a good amount of friends who I have a lot in common with and who have similar weight loss goals. I find seeing their status' and milestones really encourages me to stay on track and keep going!
