Eating exercise calories?

Ok folks,
I have a 1200 calorie limit per day. For example....
I have just eaten my 1200 calories then If I burn off 300 calories during exercise, should i eat them back?
Just so i know.

yes most definitely. You need your net calories to be atleast 1200.0

And, yes I eat my exercise calories! If I HADN'T eaten them yesterday, I would have been surviving on (essentially) 400 calories. NOT a good thing!0 -
