hi everybody!
tomorrow will by my first day of the recovery week, and after three weeks of the lean program, i feel like i can up the intensity to doubles. should i follow doubles recovery for week four or just continue with the lean recovery? would it have a negative effect if i went from the lean program to the doubles program or should i just stick with lean all the way through? any help would be appreciated! thanks!

I would stick with what you started, once your finished with that round you can always start the other one.0

I would say just do the regular recovery week to make sure that you actually do recover, and I also say go for it if you think you can do doubles for the rest of the program. My wife and doubled workouts some days but if you can do it I say go for it!! Most importantly keep pushing play no matter what.0
