I'm new

Hi,

I'm new to the site but think it's amazing,i really hope it going to help me with my weight loss.
I'm aiming for 2lb a week loss but to be honest i would be happy with anything!! I'm looking for something to keep me motivated and i hope this is it.
If anyone has some help or advice then i'm all ears.I could always do with a buddy along the way.

    Welcome! I am new at this too and i love it! You can see what everyone else is eating and get ideas that you never even thought of trying. Good luck with your weight loss! I have to exercise my tail off to keep it coming off. I could use any tips you might have! Like i said good luck on your journey and never give up!!!!!:happy:

    Just keep focus and exercise is a big part I have been buying the Jillian Micheal dvds they have been helping a lot so far I have lost 10 pounds to the video but I am new to this site. I have lost 1 pound this week since I have joined myfitnesspal stay modivated.
