After many years of loosing weight on very dramatic diets ive finally just lost weight with healthy eating and help of a dietician ive lost 46lb so far and even managed to loose 7lb over christmas so im really pleased apparently i was the only one my diestician weighed that had a loss over the festive season also ive not lost well over the 10% body weight goal we first set for me so all is goig well just goes to prove it can be done my bmi has also dropped by 7 even better hopefully this year il get down to normal ranges fingers crossed anyway
