My husband bought me a recumbent exercise bike and I love it. I do 30 minutes before I go to work and I am now up to 7 miles. It makes the 30 min. fun and so far I have lost 6 lbs.:happy:

    My husband bought me a revolver.....doesn't burn as many cals but it's a blast! (no pun intended......)
