Ingredients:
*1/2 cup kellogg special k cereal (any variety, I like fruit and yogurt myself)
*1 - 16oz package Candiquik (vanilla or chocolate flavored - you can get it at Meijer)

Instructions:
*Melt the entire brick of Candiquik according to directions on the package.
*Mix the 1/2 cup of kellogg cereal directly into the pan you melted the candiquik in.
*Drop tablespoons full of the mixture onto a waxed cookie sheet.
*Let harden (5 minutes or so)
*ENJOY!

90 calories per cookie; makes approximately 30 cookies.

FYI: I also like to make these with dried fruit & nuts.

this sounds like it has quite a bit of sugar in it. Sugar just makes our blood sugars spike and then bottom out, causing us to be hungry again and crave more sugar.
