how much does the p90x nutrition cost if you followed the nutrition plan religiously?

    Hi Kizzy,
    I just finished P90X and as far as cost, well, that depends on what you currently spend on your current eating habbits. I started using the beachbody products about 10 months ago and made changes to my eating habits such as...no fry foods, no sweets (except on special occasions). My monthly expenditures didnt change that much. My mid morning and mid afternoon snacks consist of apples, bananas, cottage cheese and yogurt. For the most part these are affortable snacks. I have recently replaced one of my meals with Shakeology. This is a full meal replacement that taste great. I have more detailed info you your interested. Let me know if you have any other questions.
