Hello all, I'm Melissa and have dedicated myself to losing at least 30 pounds by May with an overall loss of about 50-60 pounds by the end of the year. Need all the advice and motivation I can get. Thanks :)

    Stick to a good nutrition plan get moving and it will all come off! great luck and thanks for request!

    Thank you!! I've lost about 12lbs since Jan. 4th and feel really good. I switch up doing Zumba on the Wii, fast walk on the treadmill, and doing the elliptical 5-6 days a week and am figuring out what foods are helpful on my weightloss journey.
