Hi all, I discovered this website a while ago, but didn't really become active until now. I'm going on a cruise vacation in 7 weeks so thought I'd better get serious. I've always tried to eat healthy and get a decent amount of exercise, but as my age creeps up, so does my weight, and it sure doesn't come off as easy as it used to. I would love to lose 10 - 15 pounds before my trip. So far I lose 5, gain 5, lose 5 gain 6... Time to buckle down and just do it!! Does anyone know if it's possible in the Goals section to enter how much you want to lose by a certain time? No matter how much exercise I enter, it says I will only lose .8 lbs per week. How can I bump that up? Thanks for the feedback and good luck to everyone!
