I'm just going to be honest, instead of shrinking away and pretending I don't see this topic in my My Topics.
I will not complete my calorie goal for this week. I won't even come close. I've done my bare-minimum (mainly my C25K) workouts when I needed to. I took Wednesday off (my first off day in 17 days). Worked out last night and probably won't tonight or much the rest of the weekend. I have a crazy weekend coming up. I just wanted to confront the shortcoming, rather than shy away from it. I'll be sure to get back in with 3500 calories next week (if it's not TOM) or the week after FOR SURE!0 -

You don't want to get burnt out so it is okay to take a day, weekend or even a week to rest and/or work out lightly. This challenge is ment for people to come and go as they need. Have a fun weekend.0 -
