Hard week, but it's finally done! I blew past my goal in order to make room for a night out with the gals.

Tues: 451 calories burned (55 minutes of TurboFire; 10 minutes of Ab Ripper X)

Thur:700 calories burned (80 minutes cycling)
Fri: 1019 calories burned (66 minutes of jogging - 9.75km; 50 minutes of "No More Trouble Zones"; 11 minutes bicycling)

YAY! I ran my 1st 5k race this morning. I finished in 30 mins 3 secs. It wasnt too bad but that cold air, fog, inclines and a couple of stomach cramps had me thinking I wasnt going to be able to run the entire time. However, I just kept telling myself to push through it and I did!0 -
O.K., I'm back. Still not completely over the flu/cold thing and working at a swim meet the last 2 days in the rain didn't help but I'm ready to start working out hard tomorrow. Gonna add more strength and less cardio so will lower by calories goal but I'm in the home stretch and between 2-7 lbs. from my ultimate goal weight. Wanted to post so it would be easy to find next weeks challenge! Congrats to everybody who made their goal (especially with the weather this country has been having!!)0
