Hello fellow dieters. I have used this site before when I wanted to lose weight and I find it very helpful, hence the reason for my return.
I have a significant amount of weight to lose this time around and I am taking kind of a different approach.
I realized that I had exercise!
I know that it's necessary to maintain a healthy weight it's just that I really don't enjoy much other than walking, and yoga. So my approach this time is to go on a extreme diet to lose a few pounds and get motivated by those results to keep them off with exercise.
I am thankful for others out there and for all the support this site gives.
