And boy, did it feel good.

My son is having a Backyardigans birthday party in a couple of weeks, so I'm trying to get his birthday stuff together. Dang, there's a lot of party stuff out there!!!!!

Anybody else have any fun birthday parties coming up?

Well, that should be...fun... I remember going to all those little kid concerts when I was little and having an amazing time. Now that I'm the adult going...I really appreciate my mom and dad taking me. They are some STRONG people.

We just had my 6 yr olds birthday party. It was a bit mismatched. He wanted pokemon, but I am not a very creative type, so homeade stuff was out of the question, so all he got was pokemon ballons, and my sister made him pokeball cupcakes! Pokemon is so hard to find now. So needless to say the rest of the party stuff was yet again...Spiderman!

My daughter turns 3 in Sept. can't decide what to do. She's into so much. I think I'm going to have her decide:happy:

I think I have done them all between the two kids. The best one was a reptile show. This guy comes in to your house and shows all different kinds of little furry things and snakes etc. He explains all about them and lets the kids touch them. I have to say the kids all loved it and I was cowering in the corner the whole time!!! Still gives me the heebies to see the pics of the snakes wrapped around my daughter. Thankfully I could tell the guy - NO SPIDERS!

Lately we have been having our kids at the park.My parents after 25 years got divorced so we have it there so we can invite lots of people so my parents aren't right on top of each other ...our place is a little small so that would not be good. But it seems to work out because there is the playground and plenty of people and there is the lake there for those who bring their poles!!!
