Newbie~joining up and making changes

Hi
I just joined... I gave up sodas two days go! That's a start! I was drinking almost a whole 2 liter of Mtn Dew a day. My new vice is diet ginger ale and Arizona green tea. Not a bad trade. Wish I had done it sooner. ..I know, I know.. drink more water! lol
I'm a housewife ... love to cook, hate the mess it makes. I don't know too many healthy recipes as I'm just getting in the habit of trying to cook healthy. Not real big on salad. Lets face it, there are only so many things you can do to a head of lettuce. :happy:

I dont like salads either!
Awesome job so far of cutting out the sodas. Great start! But, yes, do drink that water, flavor it with crystal light or splash of lemon and some Truvia.0 -

it is great making changes, but one at a time is the best way to go...
I have to have my skinny cow!
But I love salads. ... I just ate fresh express 50/50 salad and added ranch dressing as well as a buffalo chicken breast that I do. it makes it easier to forget about the greens! the whole meal is under 400 calories and that is plenty of food.0
