Ground Turkey/Veggie soup

I made this for dinner tonight, and it was delicious!

8 cups homemade chicken stock
1 package honeysuckle white 97% lean ground turkey, browned
2 leeks, sliced
8 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 small head of cabbage (4.5 inches diameter)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
4 tsp chicken soup base
1 cup dry pearled barley
8 cups water


Combine all ingredients. bring to a boil... let simmer 20 minutes and enjoy! It made 11 servings.

Nutrition per serving: 208 calories, 441 mg sodium, 30 carbs, 2 fat, 7 calcium, and 18 protein.
