    I did Jillian's shred with weights the other day and ended up with a pinched nerve :/ I will have to look into the other suggestions! I love kettlebells :)

    +1 on wanting good form. Pavel Tsatsouline basically started the kettlebell craze here and he has a good DVD that shows the proper form for most of the exercises you will do, but it's not a work-along DVD. That's what I initially learned with. Later I did take a couple kettlebell clinics to make sure all was good and also to bring my wife along and it turned out my form was decent from watching the DVD, so it explained it pretty well. All of Pavel's stuff is available thru Dragon Door.
    In Art of Strength's Providence DVD, Anthony DiLuglio does demonstrate each exercise before it begins and the DVD has a whole separate section that will take you through each exercise individually for practice as well.
