Amazed!

Hello everyone!
I just finished my first week on the site, and I LOVE IT! I am cutting out all the junk, including soda, and it has gotten me far. I was SO surprised at how fast I lost the 11 lbs I am down already. I am pretty sure that I will hit that infamous wall here sooner or later...but for now, I am basking in the weight loss light. I am down 32 total, but still have 40 left that I would like to loose. I hope that I am able to do it, and not give up and give IN to the yummy food that seems to surround me.

I am excited to be on this site, and to see so many other people out there doing the weight loss thing. Makes me feel, not so alone.

I love this website too! It's so inspiring and motivational - it's nice to know that you always have a support group of - thousands? of people... absolutely genius. It's only my first day on the site and I'm psyched to get started! Good luck on getting to your goal, seems like you're off to a running start already!

Welcome :-) This site is awesome. I only started using it 3 weeks ago. It makes me so much more conscious of what I am actually putting in my mouth and using correct portions/servings rather than over filling my plate like I used to do.
