it's the same as for my banana one--very basic
1/2 apple (if banana I use a whole banana)
between 3/4 and 1 cup of skim milk
and some ice
That's it.
The flavor of the fruit really comes through--it tastes just like a banana or apple milkshake--even my hubby loved it!0 -

I use yogurt in mine. do you ever make yours with yogurt? I also add flax seed to be Uber-healthy!
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/2 cup fruit juice
1 cup fruit
flax seed or vitamin powder
sometimes i add a drop or two of honey

Wanted to keep it simple and as low in carbs as possible--diabetic, so have to watch those.0
