Hello from a Semi-New Guy

Hi there, I'm Eric, and I've been here for a while now, although I haven't really utilized the site to its potential.
To date I have sporadically logged my food and exercise, with some prodding from my one 'Pal' on the site, Heather; who is the reason I'm here in the first place.
I'm not looking to lose weight by any means, I've already done that. I began regularly working out after my Dad passed away four years ago. At the time I weighed 175lbs, with 15% body fat. At last measure, a few months ago, I was 154lbs and 6.9% body fat. My motivation now is to increase fitness and lean muscle mass.
This past Friday I hit my two weightlifting goals; 1rep max Bench Press of 200lbs, and 1 rep max Squat of 300lbs. Not too shabby for a 154lb 36 year old who has only been working out for 4 years, if I do say so myself.
Now it's time to set some new goals, and one of them is to be here regularly; log my food and exercise daily, and contribute to the forums when I can. But, I need your help. I need Pals to help keep me motivate, honest, and coming back. Helpful Pals that will bug me when I don't log my stats, and honestly critique when I slack, eat poorly, don't exercise, etc. If that is you, let's be Pals!
Thanks,
Eric
