Been using the mobile app for about 2 months now and I love it, never even knew about the messge boards. I am a 29 yr old father of 2. Been married 11 tees this june to the greatest woman in the world. I am a truck driver so losing weight is a real challenge. I had always said if I hit 300 then I would do something about it. Well, I was 296 when my 8yr old son said to me, "daddy, I wanna be just like you but not fat!". I knew then it was time to change. I started my diet october 18th at 296 and am currently 246.5. I don't think I could have survived the diet without this sites mobile app. My goal is 200 and I would like to reach that within the yet.
