    tdroseler You have that right about the cooking. One of my favorite ones I use is from the 40's. It literally has everything in it. I have learned over time though that most of the recipes we cook on a regular basis are rather easy to make lowfat.

    Thanks Redalee. We like to keep things interesting. But my kids are the true entertainers lol.
