A group of 3 or so buddies

I was hoping to have either one or two people that always try to help me (and the other group members) to lose weight, either by guilt, support or competition :D Hopefully people with the same goals as I, female and any age. I don't want it to be so big of a group that we don't know each others' goals, but at least two others so that everyone has support. Thank you so much and I hope this approach will help our weight loss goals!

  • Sounds great! Sadly, the times I have on the computer are constrained with school and basketball. How do you all work your eating and exercising around your schedules? It seems that on days I have late practice, food is a fleeting 'get it and GO.' What types of foods do you eat on those days?
