4 week progress!!

Hey everyone,

Just a short post to tell everyone that i'm 4 weeks into the new me. The first week was giving up smoking, the exercise and food started the second week! My Progress:

4 weeks since my last smoke
5 kilos lost
4 cm's off my hips
4 cm's off my waist
32.5 hours of exercise
14,019 calories burnt
and..... a much happier and healthier me!!

yay!

    I think I will follow your example and set up exercise and diet plan when I quit smoking!
